Each month, EFA tallies up any donation made by our membership to our COTM program and
at the end of each year, we report a sum total of all donations made to animal charities by our members.
EFA posts these numeric totals on our Charity of the Month website page.

If you are a current EFA member...
all you have to do is fill out the Donation Report Form below and press Submit.

You can report any & all animal charity donations you make,
- whether monetary or for the value of goods donated -
Please use one form for each different charity.
