Shop: A Double Grace
Artist: Jennifer
Website: A Double Grace
Role: Member since 2009

A Double Grace features hand-painted miniatures, vintage jewelry and original paintings and drawings. Jewelry and artworks from A Double Grace bring together dual characteristics: hand-painted miniature artworks and the utility of jewelry, old techniques and new applications, images and narrative, belief and symbol, vintage and new.

This shop strives to revisit the historical tradition of miniature paintings as jewelry as well as the intimate art of the Regency eye miniature. In keeping with the tradition of miniature portraiture and patronage, we welcome custom designs. She became a volunteer with the San Francisco SPCA's Feral Cat Program when the population of feral cats and felines struck by cars in her neighborhood began to increase at an alarming rate.

This program spays/neuters and vaccinates feral cats, as well as socializing and adopting younger animals. She also has volunteered with the San Francisco Garden for the Environment, an animal- and human-friendly demonstration garden for green practices.

Some inside, some semi outside and some are so feral that they cannot be captured yet. Some of their cats have pets... dogs, opossums, raccoons, etc. If it has a fuzzy face, it is welcome there. 100% of their revenue from sales goes to animal rescue. They have rescued, had spayed/neutered 32 cats this year. The vet bills, shots, medications, food, upkeep is astounding and, so far, they have supported it completely out of their own pockets. Shop: Buns Love
Artist: Caroline
Role: Memeber since 2009

BunsLove came to life through a combined love of rabbits and a passion for jewellery and all things creative. At BunsLove you will find handcrafted earrings, bracelets and necklaces made with genuine .925 sterling silver and a varied assortment of gemstones, freshwater pearls, crystals and quality glass beads.
50 cents (CAD) from each piece of jewellery sold is donated to www.vrra.org.
The Vancouver Rabbit Rescue and Advocacy (a Canadian chapter of The House Rabbit Society) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public about rabbit care in order to help put an end to neglect, abandonment and overpopulation of these misunderstood animals.

You may also find hand knit items and occasionally art prints.    Behind the scenes at BunsLove, hop 10 rescue bunnies with various stories to tell.
Caroline lives in British Columbia, Canada, and over the years she has had the pleasure to share her life with thirteen bunnies. She got her first rabbit in 1992, and it was living with him as a constant companion for nearly ten years, she realized the extent of personality these wonderful animals have. She also became painfully aware of how misunderstood and consequently mistreated rabbits are as a result of mostly pure ignorance by the majority of owners. She feels strongly about rabbit advocacy and takes every opportunity to educate people about these dear creatures. Every eight weeks she volunteers her time at the local SPCA to trim all the bunnies' toenails. There are usually 20+ bunnies there at any given time available for adoption. She presently is the proud mom of ten rescue rabbits from various backgrounds and devotes most of her energy to their care and well being. They bring her so much joy that she cannot imagine her life without at least one bunny in it!
50 cents (CAD) from each sale of jewellery is donated to a rabbit charity and the remaining is held aside for the inevitable visits to the vet for her (mostly elderly) bunnies.

Artist: Ronnie
Featuring: Magical herb filled silver bullet necklaces
Role: Member since 2010

An eclectic collection, inspired by elements of the owner's personality and life. Here you will find a nice mix of jewelry (necklaces, bracelets and earrings), inspired by the artist's imagination, her "real" life with her grandchildren (a section for younger ladies) - and most of all - Wolves. In the near future there will also be plenty of non-jewelry items inspired by the artist's ancestry of Choctaw, Irish, Welsh (and the list goes on), which means there will be "smudging" feathered fans, jewelry items with a Celtic vibe, and many other things that come to a creative mind that never really sleeps.

A strong belief that a dog needs more space than a regular sized yard to run, chase rabbits, and live without too many limits forced Ronnie to leave 3 German Shepherds, 5 outside cats, and 3 goats in very capable hands at the acreage she left 5 years ago. Now living within city limits, she has but one tiny black kitten, named "Sonny" - short for Santino Alfonzo Corleone-Robinson. Ronnie donates 10% of all purchase from her shop, as well as her own personal donations to Defenders Of Wildlife, specifically to their wolf programs.
